- ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE SIGNED FOR BY SOMEONE AGED 18 OR OVER - PLEASE ENSURE SOMEONE OVER 18 IS AVAILABLE AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS TO RECEIVE AND SIGN FOR YOUR ORDER

Please note:
This is our slowest delivery option and is best suited if you are not in a rush and do not want to pay high delivery charges. Orders placed with paid delivery options will always be prioritised - please see below.

STANDARD SHIPPING
- Delivery timeframe: 2-3 Working Day Service Only (Excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays)
- Orders placed before 10:00 am: Usually shipped the Same Day
- Orders placed after 10:00 am: Usually shipped the Next Working Day

Please note:
Our Dispatch Team works to ensure deliveries are made within the 2-3 working day window, however, during busy periods the Express Delivery option orders are prioritised.

Example:
- Order placed before 10:00 am Monday will be delivered by Thursday (any time between 8am and 6pm)
- Order placed after 10:00 am Monday will be delivered by Friday (any time between 8am and 6pm)
- The above scenarios assume no Bank Holidays

Express Shipping is prioritised to ensure the fastest service possible. While we aim for delivery within 1-2 working days, during exceptionally busy periods, it may still take up to 2 working days from dispatch.
