All our products carry a CE Certificate which means they have been tested by leading European bodies to ensure they meet all UK and European safety standards. Our products are deemed safe for the supply within the UK and Europe. However, with all pyrotechnic products they are only as safe as the user who is handling them. Our smoke products are NOT toys and should be handled with care at all times.
No, fireworks should never be held by hand and all relevant safety distances should always be kept. Certain products have been specially modified to be hand-held, but please check all individual product safety information and instructions printed direct onto each product before use.
To purchase any firework, you must be over the age of 18. Smoke products are no different and therefore you must at least 18 years of age to make a purchase of any of our products.
We offer various product options. Some of our products are Light-Ignited and require a naked flame to activate or we also offer a Ring-Pull version that do not require a flame and can be ignited by a simple pull of a ring
We offer 9+ colours and we are still counting. Whatever your requirements, we are sure we will have a solution that meets them soon!
Depending on the day and time you process your order, you can expect a waiting time of between 2-4 business days to receive your order. Please allow for extra time when ordering at the weekend and Bank Holidays
The duration of our products vary for each style of product. Please read the full description of each product before making your purchase
Unfortunately not. Due to the products hazardous nature, we are unable to accept returns on any of the items in case they have been tampered with. This does not mean that we will not assist should there be a problem with your order, but in essence all sales are final.
At this moment in time, we are unable to send our smoke products overseas. Currently, we only have the facilities to dispatch to mainland UK. Keep your eyes peeled as this may change
That is not a problem. You just need to modify the width/height ratio in theme settings.
Yes. Normally, the theme will resize images to a default size (based on your width/height ratio setting). We also have Crop setting if you don’t want to scale the image.
Yes, you can. You can also set image border colours.
Yes, you can. Just simply follow the instructions in our Manual Guide, you will be able to easily create a multi-level menu.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
